A major in Mass Communications, Josh Bareño of Miami, Florida, also plans to earn a minor in French during his time at Washington and Lee. He maintains an active membership in Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, along with being a founding member and president of WearabLe, W&L's new fashion club. Outside of university life, Josh enjoys traveling, shopping, and foreign languages.

Anthony Ballor, a Mathematics and French double major, grew up in Detroit, Michigan. A member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, he also participates in the University Wind Ensemble, and work-studies in the Lenfest Box Office, handling tickets for the wind ensemble and other theater and music department productions. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and dancing.

Jeanine Bailey hails from Santa Clarita, a suburb of Los Angeles, California, but spent the majority of her younger years in the San Fernando Valley. In 2010-2011, she will be a First-Year Residence Advisor in Gilliam Hall. Jeanine is a Psychology major with a love of the open road and the shopping mall. Strangers know her for her big smile, but her friends know her for her even bigger heart. She hopes to go into nursing after graduation.

Nate, a Philosophy and Sociology double major hailing from Urbana, Ohio, also plans to minor in Women's and Gender Studies. Outside of G.E.I., he participates in Mock Trial, END IT, and is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia by way of Montego Bay, Jamaica, De-Anna Clarke divides her time between GEI, MSA (Multicultural Student Association), SABU (formerly Onyx), and Ladies' Club. When not studying Sociology with friends, she reads, writes poetry, listens to music, and dances.
